Hội nghị lấy ý kiến các dự án luật
Nhằm góp phần vào xây dựng pháp luật của Quốc hội ngày càng chất lượng cao, Đoàn Đại biểu Quốc hội (ĐBQH) tỉnh Đồng Nai đã tổ chức hội nghị lấy ý kiến các dự án luật dự kiến được thông qua tại Kỳ họp thứ 8, Quốc hội Khoá XV.

Sáng 25/9, Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh Đồng Nai phối hợp với Trung đoàn 935 – Sư đoàn 730, Quân chủng Phòng không – Không quân tổ chức hội nghị lấy ý kiến các dự án luật thông qua tại Kỳ họp thứ 8, Quốc hội Khoá XV.
Phó Trưởng đoàn chuyên trách Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh Đồng Nai Bùi Xuân Thống chủ trì hội nghị, cùng dự có các Đại biểu Quốc hội, lãnh đạo HĐND tỉnh, Uỷ ban MTTQ Việt Nam tỉnh, Trung đoàn 935, Công an tỉnh, các sở, ngành liên quan, đại diện UBND các huyện, thành phố trong tỉnh.

Phát biểu tại hội nghị, Phó Trưởng Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh Đồng Nai Bùi Xuân Thống cho biết, tại Kỳ họp thứ 8, Quốc hội khóa XV dự kiến sẽ xem xét, thông qua các dự án Luật, vì vậy việc tổ chức lấy ý kiến các dự án luật sẽ được thông qua sẽ giúp cho Đại biểu Quốc hội thu thập được nhiều ý kiến, kiến nghị sát đáng từ các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước ở địa phương về các dự án luật, dự kiến được Quốc hội thông qua tại Kỳ họp thứ 8 gồm: Luật Phòng không Nhân dân; Luật Công chứng; Luật Tư pháp người chưa thành niên; Luật Phòng chống mua bán người (sửa đổi); Luật Phòng cháy, chữa cháy và cứu nạn, cứu hộ; Luật Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Sĩ quan Quân đội Nhân dân Việt Nam.

Hội nghị lần này sẽ tiếp tục lắng nghe các ý kiến, quan điểm mang tính khả thi cao khi triển khai thực hiện dựa trên cơ sở khoa học, phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế.
Tại hội nghị, đại biểu tham dự đã gửi tới Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh Đồng Nai các ý kiến góp ý quan trọng đối với các dự thảo Luật.
Kết luận hội nghị, Phó Trưởng Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh Đồng Nai Bùi Xuân Thống đánh giá, việc đóng góp ý kiến vào các dự án luật có vai trò rất quan trọng trong việc điều chỉnh, đánh giá tình hình thực tế để góp ý vào các dự án luật. Đoàn ĐBQH tỉnh sẽ tập hợp các ý kiến đóng góp tại hội nghị này để trình Quốc hội nhằm sửa đổi, bổ sung vào các dự thảo luật để phù hợp với thực tiễn.
