Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh Đồng Nai tuyên truyền pháp luật
nhằm thực hiện kế hoạch theo Quyết định của Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh Đồng Nai vể việc: Triển khai các quy định pháp luật mới nhằm giúp Luật sư nghiên cứu, hiểu rõ và vận dụng đúng các nội dung của văn bản pháp luật, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi trong hoạt động hành nghề luật sư; Tư vấn pháp luật và Trợ giúp pháp lý miễn phí cho người dân nhằm bảo vệ quyền lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của công dân, đồng thời tuyên truyền phổ biến pháp luật giúp người dân thực hiện đúng nghĩa vụ theo quy định pháp luật, nắm bắt kịp thời các pháp luật hiện hành của Nhà nước và những nội dung pháp luật liên quan đến đời sống và xã hội.
– Căn cứ Kế hoạch giữa Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh với Công an huyện Xuân Lộc về việc phối hợp trong công tác tuyên truyền phổ biến pháp luật, tư vấn pháp luật và trợ giúp pháp lý năm 2024, ngày 21/9, Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh Đồng Nai tổ chức tuyên truyền, phổ biến pháp luật và trợ giúp pháp lý miễn phí cho hơn 1,3 nghìn học sinh; kết hợp thực hiện công tác thiện nguyện tại trường THPT Xuân Thọ, huyện Xuân Lộc.
Đại diện Đoàn Luật sư, chính quyền địa phương, Ban Giám hiệu tại buổi tuyên truyền phổ biến pháp luật, tư vấn pháp luật và trợ giúp pháp lý.
Về phía Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh có Luật sư Hà Mạnh Tường, Phó Chủ nhiệm; các Luật sư, người tập sự hành nghề Luật sư của Đoàn.
Về phía địa phương có ông Vũ Ngọc Cường, Hiệu trưởng Trường THPT Xuân Thọ; Thượng tá Nguyễn Thành Lợi, Phó trưởng Công an huyện Xuân Lộc; ông Võ Công Văn, Trưởng Ban Thanh tra nhân dân, Viện Kiểm sát huyện Xuân Lộc.
Luật sư Hoàng Liên Sơn tuyên truyền pháp luật cho học sinh tại Trường THPT Xuân Thọ.
Theo đó, Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh đã cử các Luật sư có nhiều kinh nghiệm thực tế phổ biến các quy định của pháp luật gắn liền với cuộc sống hàng ngày. Đồng thời, cũng đưa ra các tình huống pháp lý để giúp học sinh cách xử lý đúng pháp luật; giải đáp nhiều thắc mắc của học sinh liên quan các vấn đề pháp lý cụ thể.
Buổi tuyên truyền nhằm từng bước đưa pháp luật về với học sinh ở các xã, phường, thị trấn; với nội dung liên quan đến Luật Giao thông đường bộ, Luật Căn cước, Luật Phòng chống ma túy…, gắn với việc hướng dẫn thủ tục giải quyết các xung đột thông qua việc trợ giúp pháp lý tại chỗ.
Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh đã trao 20 suất học bổng cho học sinh vượt khó học giỏi.
Qua buổi tuyên truyền giúp học sinh hiểu hơn về các quy định pháp luật, nâng cao ý thức tuân thủ pháp luật trong học sinh; phòng, tránh các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật; hình thành thói quen hành động có trách nhiệm, từ đó góp phần chung tay giữ gìn trật tự và an toàn xã hội.
Dịp này, Đoàn Luật sư tỉnh đã trao 20 suất học bổng cho học sinh vượt khó học giỏi với tổng trị giá 20 triệu đồng.
